One minute

See a whole evening, from the table to the morning note.

For the guest

They say it the way they would say it to a waiter.

Scan the code on the table, tap the orb and speak. Each dish lights up on the menu as it is said, the order fills in, and the waiter answers aloud in the guest's own language.

The kitchen pass board with every ticket and its clock

For the kitchen

The pass, with a clock on every ticket.

New, cooking and held tickets in one glance, in a type size the line can read across the room. Late tickets turn coral and say by how much.

For the floor

The whole room in the captain's hand.

Every table where it stands, coloured by what it needs: free, seated, cooking, bill asked, needs a hand, late. Plates waiting at the pass rise to the top.

For the manager

Reach the unhappy table before it leaves.

Who is waiting and who owns it, which tables are free for a walk-in, what each table ate and how long it took. Each morning, six lines on yesterday's service, ending in one decision.

The crew behind the screens

Agents propose. People decide.

Five assistants watch the service. None of them can send, fire, cancel or discount anything on its own.

05
